At MovaFlix, we want to ensure that you are 100% happy with your purchase. However, because we deal with digital goods and activation licenses, we have a strict refund policy to prevent abuse.
You may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase date. However, a refund is NOT automatic. It is only granted if the service is completely non-functional and our team is unable to fix it.
Before requesting a refund, you must contact our support team. We do not use trial and error; we provide direct, proven technical solutions.
