1. The 7-Day Guarantee

You may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase date. However, a refund is NOT automatic. It is only granted if the service is completely non-functional and our team is unable to fix it.

2. Mandatory Troubleshooting

Before requesting a refund, you must contact our support team. We do not use trial and error; we provide direct, proven technical solutions.

Important: You agree to follow our technical instructions to resolve the issue. If we provide a solution or a guide and you refuse to apply it or try it on your device, your refund request will be rejected.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

We do not issue refunds under the following circumstances:

  • User Error: If you are unable to set up the service due to lack of technical knowledge or refusal to follow our setup guides.
  • Internet Connection: Buffering or lag caused by your own slow internet connection or high ping. A minimum of 12Mbps is required.
  • Change of Mind: If you simply decided you no longer want the subscription after activation.
  • Wrong Selection: Buying a subscription for the wrong device and activating it.
